Our operational system allows for a maximum of 1,000 participants to attend Maintenance Solutions' live webcasts. However, there's no limit on the number of individuals who can register for a webcast. This allows sponsors to receive additional exposure and valuable leads after the webcast. Here's how:
After the webcast airs two emails are automatically sent.
Email #1 goes to all individuals who attended the webcast. The email thanks them for attending and includes downloadable slides from the presentation.
Email #2 goes out within one week of the webcast's air date. It is sent to the overflow registrants who were unable to attend the live webcast. These individuals are directed to use a link that allows them to view an encore presentation of the webcast in its entirety at their convenience. Sponsors of the webcast automatically receive full contact information (Email address, Name, Title, Company, City/State, Phone) of all overflow attendees who access the archived webcast.
